I am a super lazy person when come to cooking. What I cook the most is maggi, maggi and maggi because it is the easiest one without difficult preparation process! I think I am not the only person who is lazy in cooking, there are many people who are busy working and just want a quick meal. However, we still love curry, tomyam and nyonya steamed fish which need a lot of preparation. I am lazy but I want to eat good food! HAHAHA!

Fish is cleaned properly. It is first steamed with ginger slices on it.

Put nyonya paste on top of fish and continue to steam until it is cooked.

Tada! Nyonya steamed fish is served! Except the fish cleaning part (~.~), everything sounds super easy right? Besides, this nyonya paste really tastes good with steamed fish! It tastes like nyonya steamed fish we ordered when eating outside. My mum loved the authentic nyonya taste and said it is really appetizing!
