没有烤箱也打不灭的烘焙魂 - 平底锅饼干

我无限迷恋面包饼干蛋糕这类高热量食物，它们是我的早餐，我下课的茶点。中学下课的时候，没有华丽精致的便当盒，我的糕糕包包饼饼都装在透明塑料袋里，然后用塑胶圈绑着，这些都是妈妈帮我们装的。大学的时候，也很常吃面包，小卖店卖的六粒面包不好吃，干干的， 所以每次回家都会带家附近买的六粒面包回大学。JUSCO面包店的一块钱蛋糕，晚上的折扣面包，大方让人免费试吃的乳酪蛋糕，朋友出游也不忘记我还买面包给我，那些考试啃面包的日子，这些都还历历在目，成长的日子，糕糕包包饼饼不曾缺席。

我家没烤箱，只有耗电微波炉一个，所以烘焙的机会很少。还记得上一次微波炉烤饼干，是一屋子香没错，可是饼干真的硬到一个点，做了一大桶，还好有邻居亲戚赏脸说好吃。所以这次再次挑战烤饼干，真的又怕失败呀！这一次，依然没烤箱，不过工具换了，这次用平底锅!

我是按照这个食谱做的 (可是做了一点改良，因为有些材料家里没有)，可是家里没可可粉，所以用了美禄粉。可是很不幸的是，我粗心地把美禄粉的分量量错了，多了十倍！还好成品还是能吃的，而且大家都说好吃！

材料：

butter (我用salted butter) 100g, multipurpose flour (就是中筋面粉)130g, 粗砂糖 (饼干最后可以咬得到糖，还不错的口感哈哈哈）70g, 美禄粉 (不是三合一）80g, 巧克力碎 分量随意

韩风？寒风？

天氣好冷，二十多年來沒那麽冷過，穿得再厚好像也擋不住那刺骨的寒風，每時每刻都想鑽進有暖氣的車廂，只想抱著暖爐走。

說出來的話都凝結成煙。

街邊樹上的葉子都掉光了，街上的人都穿得厚厚的，再人手一杯熱飲保暖，清涼裝扮無影無蹤。

常常在懊惱爲什麽我拍不出冷調的照片，每次都要求助濾鏡。可這一囘，那天氣真的冷得拍出來的照片不用濾鏡就有冷色調。

那時候，只要從旅館走出來，沒有一刻是不想念這裡的熱天氣的。

電視迷我怎麽避得開韓劇的來襲，韓語是有聼沒有懂完，可那劇裏小清新的街道，精致的街角小店和美麗的妝容打扮是我期待的。

路人們，小食店老闆們都說著我聼懂一點沒聼懂很多的韓語，穿梭在這說陌生也不太陌生的國度裏，展開旅程。

藝術氣息濃重的街道，人潮穿梭的地鐵站，擺賣各種服飾的地下商場，林立的連鎖咖啡館，賣豬頭血腸煎餅的市場，那些小角小落裏，都乾淨整齊。

走過的路人們，更是一道風景，寒氣逼人卻穿得時尚卻不累贅，髮型跟韓劇主角沒差，精致好看。

再看看自己，穿得像肉粽還是不暖，頭髮已經因爲靜電亂七八糟地貼在臉上。

韓國食物在這個冬天沒有讓人討厭的地方，泡菜炒豬肉，大醬湯，烤肉，馬鈴薯豬肉鍋，炸雞，泡菜湯，全部都讓人暖到心頭去，最喜歡吃飯時間了！

這裡的小賣店真的讓人很想把所有東西買回家，看到什麽都想吃，看到什麽都想買！

小聲小聲告訴你，這裡的廁所大多是坐式的，可是都好乾淨！如果是這裡，沒有鞋印就偷笑了。

買紅豆餅的大叔還送我一副我的畫像，讓我開心了好久。

我總是會為這些小事情開心。

人在異地的我總會遇到暖心人，心存感激。

不同的天氣，不同的語言，不同的風土民情，感受一下文化衝擊，刺激刺激太慣性的頭腦身體，回來才能更珍惜這裡的熱天氣。

誕生與逝去

最近接觸了很多夫妻情侶。
那麽多年了，遲遲懷不上，身邊的朋友都孩子成群了，幾時才輪到我啊？該打的針我打了，該吃的我都吃了，能做的我都做了，爲什麽還是不行？
一臉愁容的少女，坐在門外的樓梯口，抱著膝蓋，不發一語，似乎還無從消化醫生的檢查結果；一旁的少年怯怯的，想要安慰幾句，卻什麽也說不出，只能擔憂地望著少女。
可愛又頑皮的一大一小，一進來就跑來跑去，好奇地摸摸這，摸摸那。孩子的爸媽跟櫃檯阿姨像很久沒見的老朋友一樣，一見面就閒話家常，說著說著就指著那兩個亂跑的小孩說：“他們兩個就是醫生幫忙我們才懷上的，真的是要謝謝醫生！”
兩個女生帶著貌似未成年的女孩來到這裡，劈頭就問：“這裡可以洗掉孩子嗎？”
他們之中，有的渴望孩子的到來，可是孩子遲遲未報到；有的一個不小心，孩子來得不是時候，一邊那麽渴望，另一邊那麽排斥，諷刺得很。誕生與逝去，看似差距大，卻可以同時發生在這小小空間裏。
